RETURNING YOUR ORDER
If you'd like to return your order, this must be done within 14 days of purchase (please see important additional info below). The product must be in brand new condition in its original packaging. Evri easy returns available below. Please note that returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed once arriving back to us. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
The deadline for submitting a return is Monday 18th August - any items returned after this point may not be refunded as we are closing the business at the end of August. We have set this deadline to ensure that there is enough time to process any outstanding returns, prior to the 18th August.
If an item has arrived to you damaged, please contact us , including pictures of the damage, and we can give you a returns label to exchange or refund the product free of charge.
Unless otherwise stated, we do not offer free returns.

We are officially offering Easy Returns with Evri. This way you can simply add your return online and drop to a Evri parcel shop.
Please search 'Greenover LTD' when searching for a retailer - this will come directly back to us. Please also include our Returns Form which you can find by clicking above.

If you have easy access to your own courier, that is also totally fine.
All that we ask is that the downloadable returns form is included inside - that way we can identify it as yours when it arrives back to us.
