We’re cool about returns. If you’re not totally stoked with your item for any reason, don’t panic! Simply get in touch via email and one of our friendly team will help you find the best way to do it. If you’ve ordered the wrong item or size, we can easily solve that problem for you provided we’ve got the correct one in our wonderful warehouse. All you need to do is simply pay to send it back to us in the same condition that it turned up on your doorstep and we’ll send you the replacement free of charge straight from our own pocket - now that’s what you call fair. Believe it or not, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as you hoped and if this happens to you, no worries, we’re happy to give you your money back but we’ll deduct our original cost of sending it to you from your total - someone has to pay the bills! As much as this sucks, no refunds will be given until items are returned. All returns costs will be down to you initially, no matter what the reason for return is. WHAT?! I hear you say. Don’t worry, if it’s our fault we’ll hold our hands up and refund you later. 

And remember, returns are only valid if you get in touch with us within a month (30 days) of placing your order!

How to Return an Item: 

  1. Repackage the item and send it back to our HQ (as below) for the attention of the Green Overhead Returns Department. 
  2. Enclose a love letter stating your name, order number, and the reason you want to return your item.
  3. Please also let us know whether you want a replacement to be sent, similar item or simply a refund.
  4. If the item is broken, please be prepared to describe its fault in full detail and take some pictures - we love pictures. 
  5. We recommend you use first or second class recorded delivery at the post office for smaller items as it allows you to keep an eye on your return. In accordance with our t’s & c's, the cost of postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty.
  6.  For larger items please contact us prior to sending your item back so we can recommend the best method for you.
  7. Please then dress the item lovingly in its original packaging, including any manuals, warranty cards, licenses and accessories, and send your package to the address below:
